All Sales Final Upon Shipment
All purchases are made FOB Shipping Point. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer immediately upon delivery of the goods to the carrier at our facility. Once a product has been loaded onto the carrier and shipped from our warehouse, the sale is final, and no returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted.

If a shipment is refused by the customer at delivery, no refund will be issued, and any return freight charges incurred will be billed to the customer. Because risk of loss passes to the buyer at the shipping point, any claims for products damaged, lost, or delayed in transit must be filed by the customer directly with the shipping carrier.
